Delivery times are scheduled in coordination with the customer and may change because of access, weather or safety conditions.
Please contact us as early as possible to cancel or reschedule a delivery. Cancellation requests and any related charges are reviewed individually based on the work already scheduled. Damage claims should be reported promptly with details and photos so we can review them. Specific terms are confirmed with your quote.
